Hazel Hill Lettings Limited is a local partnership of two seasoned professionals, John Philbin and Patrick Brennan. Over the years, we have built our own rental property portfolio and manage properties for Landlords in Leeds and the surrounding areas.

We have built our business on delivering a professional, personal service to our customers, we genuinely care about our customers and the properties we manage. We believe that through good communication with tenants and landlords we can at least double the average tenancy life.
